This very popular special is available once again for purchase.  These coins are all minted in the USA.

This week’s special includes:

90% Silver Quarters or Dimes pre-1965

$25 Face Value  (approx. 17oz of silver)

90% silver coins are one of the most cost effective methods to purchase silver.  Known as “junk silver,” these 90% silver coins are often sold in bags and rolls, but are far from being “junk” as the name may imply.  With little to no collector value, 90% silver coins are worth the market price of the silver they contain.  But even if the market price of silver dropped to zero, the coins will always be worth at least their face value.

4 – AU $5 Liberty Gold Coins dated prior to 1907.

This is my favorite U.S. “fractional” coin.  Like many other U.S. coins, the Liberty “Half Eagle” depicts the crowned image of Liberty on the obverse and, on the reverse, a majestic bald eagle with a shield over its breast, perched on an olive branch and holding three arrows.

The $5 Liberty was struck in two types--the ultra-scarce "No Motto," minted from 1839 until 1865 and the "With Motto" (IN GOD WE TRUST) type, struck from 1866 until 1908.  During the Civil War, widespread gold hoarding led the U.S. government to significantly reduce the mintages of these coins, making issues from that era particularly rare.  The $5 Liberty in this special is dated from the late 1870s through 1907.

Total package--$25 face value “junk silver” plus 4 AU $5 Liberty gold coins

Big Government: Inflate or Die

by Alfred Adask

John Maynard Keynes may be the most influential economists of the 20th century.  In A.D. 1919, in his book The Economic Consequences of Peace, Keynes wrote:
"Lenin is said to have declared that the best way to destroy the Capitalist System was to debauch the currency.”
By “debauch,” Keynes referred to the process of inflation whereby a currency subtly loses purchasing power and becomes less valuable.
Keynes continued:
“By a continuing process of inflation, government can confiscate, secretly and unobserved, an important part of the wealth of their citizens. By this method they not only confiscate, but they confiscate arbitrarily; and while the process impoverishes many, it actually enriches some. – As the inflation proceeds and the real value of the currency fluctuates wildly from month to month, all permanent relations between debtors and creditors, which form the ultimate foundation of capitalism, become so utterly disordered as to be almost meaningless; and the process of wealth-getting degenerates into a gamble and a lottery.
By “confiscate,” Keynes meant “rob”.
By “gamble and a lottery,” Keynes described the process of speculation replacing investment. He also implied a change in a society’s moral values where wealth is acquired by means of lies and hustle rather than production and earnings.
Keynes continued:
"Lenin was certainly right. There is no subtler, no surer means of overturning the existing basis of society than to debauch the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and does it in a manner which not one man in a million is able to diagnose."
•  The federal government hasn’t let the dollar deflate (gain value) since the end of WWII—except on a temporary basis.  The Federal Reserve claims that its fundamental job is to fight inflation, but the history of the fiat dollar is one of mandated inflation.   In fact, the Fed’s primary job has been to cause moderate inflation (1% to 3%) in order to avoid its one great fear:  deflation.

As evidence, consider the prices of gold and silver since A.D. 1968 (when paper dollars stopped being redeemed one-for-one for silver dollars) and A.D. 1971 (when foreign-held paper dollars stopped being redeemed at $35 to one ounce of gold). Today, one ounce of silver costs $32 and one ounce of gold will cost almost $1,700.  Do the math and you’ll see that in just the last 40 years or so—as measured against both the prices of gold and silver—the fiat dollar has lost 97% of its purchasing power.

The magnitude and duration of post-WWII inflation isn’t accidental or evidence that inflation is an adversary too strong for the Federal Reserve to vanquish.  Inflation is the government’s objective.

Why?  Primarily, to allow the federal government—the world’s biggest debtor—to rob its creditors and avoid the stigma of open bankruptcy.

OK—let’s suppose that Keynes was right when he observed that,
“There is no subtler, no surer means of overturning the existing basis of society than to debauch [inflate] the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and does it in a manner which not one man in a million is able to diagnose."
By “existing basis of society,” I believe Keynes meant the society’s fundamental values and dedication to production rather than consumption.  Inflation attacks the nation’s fundamental and historic values.

If Keynes was right in arguing that inflation precipitates national destruction, what can we infer about the true nature and motives of a Federal Reserve and national government whose laws and policies persistently promote inflation?

•  Given that the feds have promoted inflation persistently for over 40 years, what are the odds that they’ll continue to do so?  Very high.

The national government must repudiate most of the national debt because the debt is too great to ever be repaid.  What can’t be paid, won’t be paid.  Creditors must therefore be robbed—or, as Keynes said, their wealth will be “confiscated”.   That’s not an accident or unintended consequence.  Robbing creditors is what government does.

There are two ways for government to rob its creditors:

1) By openly repudiating the debt and admitting the government is bankrupt.  For example, government might simply say, “Sorry, we’re broke and can’t pay So-So Security to retirees this year.”  However, overt repudiation of debt would likely spark riots and social upheaval.

2) By surreptitiously inflating the currency and thereby sustaining the illusion that the government is not bankrupt.  For example, government may have promised a retiree that he’d receive $1,200 a month in So-So Security.  But if government could cause 50% inflation over a period of years, the purchasing power—the real value and cost of that $1,200—might be reduced to $800.

Inflation may not repudiate all of the debt, but it can reduce the debt substantially without most creditors realizing they’re being robbed.  (Remember?  “not one man in a million is able to diagnose “ the robbery called inflation?)  Result? Unable to diagnose the cause of their distress, the public is less likely to riot or revolt.

If government admits that it’s bankrupt (or at least insolvent), government loses its legal authority.  Government is loath to admit it’s bankrupt and without authority.  Therefore, gov-co will endeavor to escape the existing national debt by means of inflation.

•  People complain that The Powers That Be (TPTB) have been suppressing the prices of gold and silver.  I believe the claims of market manipulation are generally, but not precisely, correct.  Except for the past 12 months and A.D. 2008 (another presidential election year), the price of gold has risen about 20% every year since A.D. 2000.  Thus, it’s hard to reconcile the argument that TPTB have suppressed the price of gold with the fact that gold has risen from $312/ounce on September 1st, A.D. 2002 to nearly $1,700 today.  Over the past decade—even including the fall in gold prices over the past year—the price of gold has increased by an average of 18% per year.

How can anyone square allegations that TPTB have “suppressed” the price of gold when it’s risen by an average of 18% annually for a decade?

I square it thus:  The “Powers” want inflation.  Although exceptions may be made for presidential election years (A.D. 2008 and 2012), TPTB have allowed the price of gold to rise an average of 18% per year for the past decade. But they’ve also prevented the price of gold from rising more than 18% per year (on average) because they don’t want to create irrefutable evidence that inflation is skyrocketing.

In other words, without price manipulation, the price of gold would probably have risen significantly more than 18% per year (on average) over the past decade.  Left to the free (un-manipulated) market, the price of gold might’ve increased by an average of 25% per year over the past decade.  Or maybe 30% or even 50%—who  knows?

The “Powers” suppressed the price rise to “only” 18%.  But they didn’t suppress it to 0% because they want a rate of inflation that will negate some of the national debt, but not incite the voters to revolt.  The “Powers” don’t want to allow the price of gold to skyrocket since doing so might destroy whatever confidence remains in the US dollar.  But they do want the price of gold to increase by 18% per year in order to help repudiate much of the national debt.

•  I expect that after this year’s election, the Powers will allow the price of gold to rise another 20% (maybe more) next year.

But, predictions aside, I’m convinced that even the Powers don’t want the price of gold to fall significantly and stay at some low price because the gov-co can’t survive deflation

A significant fall in prices (deflation) could destroy major debtors.

Consider the “economic shock” of A.D. 2008-2009.  That “shock” nearly collapsed the US and even global economies.

What precipitated that “shock” and the debacles at Lehman Bros. and Bear Stearns?

A:  A dramatic fall in home prices (deflation).

Moderate deflation favors creditors but can kill debtors.  When the prices of homes fell after A.D. 2008, many debtors (mortgagors) simply abandoned their homes and repudiated their debts to the banks.  Faced with significant deflation, I expect government to exhibit no more moral obligation to repay the national debt than home-buyers exhibited when faced with falling home prices and mortgage deflation.

•  Consider:  we have a debt-based monetary system.

The federal government is the world’s biggest debtor

Does it make sense to believe that the “system” doesn’t favor and even depend on inflation for its survival?

A:  No.

Instead, it makes perfect sense that the government-debtor would enact laws and policies to allow it to inflate the currency and thereby pay off its debts with “cheaper dollars” and “legally” rob its creditors.

•  Who are the government’s creditors?

A:  Anyone who’s accepted and relied on government’s promises

Obviously, anyone who loaned currency to the government in return for one of government’s bonds (a promise to repay), is one of government’s creditors.

But less obviously, so is everyone else who’s accepted and relied on government’s promises to provide welfare, subsidies, health care, pensions or even national defense.  These promises are every bit as much debts owed by the government as the debts owed for borrowed currency.

When the national debt is calculated based only on the monetary debts our government owes, the result is $16 trillion.  When the national debt is calculated based on all the monetary debts plus all of the services, benefits and entitlements that government has promised to provide, the national debt rises to $80 trillion.  Most of those “promises to pay” are likely to be repudiated in whole or in part by a government that’s determined to rob its creditors.

•  Government robs its creditors by means of inflation because politicians know:

1) It’s easier to be elected in the first place if politicians make exorbitant promises—even if they know those promise can’t be kept; and,

2) It’s easier to stay elected if their original promises are repudiated by the subtle means of inflation rather than open repudiation of the debts/promises.

Again, Keynes warned that inflation engages processes of national destruction that “not one man in a million is able to diagnose”.  If any political program costs politicians just one vote out of every million, that program won’t be abandoned simply because it’s irrationally unaffordable.

•  Do the “Powers” dream of pushing the price of gold down to $1,300 an ounce?  Do they plan to permanently suppress the price of gold to $1,000 an ounce?  Absolutely not.

The last thing in the world that the Federal Reserve and national government want is deflation.  They hate, despise and fear deflation.

Do you suppose the government wants the dollar to gain in value and purchasing power?  Do you think the government wants to see retirees’ pensions and So-So Security payment increase in value and thereby increase the true national debt?  Absolutely not.

Deflation favors creditors—and punishes debtors—since debts are repaid with “more valuable” dollars.

Inflation favors debtors since they can repay their debts with “cheaper” dollars.

Again, as the biggest debtor in the world, does government favor inflation or deflation?

The answer’s obvious since persistent and significant deflation could kill our overly-indebted government.

•  The conclusion seems inescapable that government and the “Powers” want inflation and will not allow deflation—at least not for long.

Yes, in A.D. 2008 and again in A.D. 2012, the price of gold dropped significantly.  Those drops are evidence of deflation and tend to refute my argument that the government despises and will not allow deflation.

How do I square that apparent contradiction?  I suspect that deflation in the price of gold was at least allowed and perhaps even caused in A.D. 2008 and A.D. 2012 because those were presidential election years.

I.e., less than a year ago, the price of gasoline was over $4/gallon and was expected to soon exceed $5.  People (read, “voters”) were anxious and angry.  Angry voters don’t reelect incumbents.  If the price of gasoline was over $5/gallon right now, do you think Obama could be reelected?  How many incumbent representatives and senators do you suppose would be voted out of office?

Fortunately (for Obama and other incumbents), the price of gold fell from $1,900 to $1,685 (11%) in the past 12 months.  As the price of gold fell, so did the prices of crude oil and therefore gasoline and diesel fuel.  When the prices of gas and diesel fell, so did the pressure to raise the prices of food.

Result?  Without high inflation, voters are relatively happy and less inclined to riot and attack incumbents with pitchforks.

Although it’s pure conjecture, I believe the dreaded deflation was allowed and even caused by the Powers in A.D. 2008 and A.D. 2012 in order to favor reelection of incumbents.  If my conjecture is roughly correct, once we get past the November election, we should see a shift back to inflation that should last until the next presidential election year in A.D. 2016.  I.e., we should see the prices of gold, crude, gas and food rise by 10% to 20% annually in A.D. 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Why?  Because big government is based on big promises (debts) that are “too big to keep”.  Big government can’t survive deflation (an increase in the real cost of promises).  There may be political exigencies that allow occasional episodes of deflation, but long-term, big government must inflate or die.

•  Many economic gurus are predicting that the Federal Reserve will soon implement QE3 and thereby cause significant inflation.  Others predict that we won’t go into inflation but are, instead, destined for deflation.

I understand and respect the case for predominate deflation.  Whenever you go into an economic depression, “cash is king” and the currency almost always deflates (increases in value).

But I will bet that in the event of a real economic depression, any long-term tendency to deflation will be strenuously resisted by government even if that resistance requires the abandonment, destruction and replacement of the fiat dollar.

I’m convinced that the Powers will kill the fiat dollar before they’ll allow long-term deflation.  It’s not a political choice or a fiscal choice.  It’s a matter of survival.  Big government must inflate or die. Government may be murderous, but it’s not suicidal.  Gov-co won’t choose to die.  It will choose to inflate.

• The price of gold is going up, in part, because government can’t survive deflation and must therefore cause inflation.  But who believes in inflation without a rising price for gold?  Gold may not go up 30%, 40% or 50% per year.  But you can expect it to rise about 20% per year from 2013 to 2015.

We may yet see an “inflationary depression” wherein the economy is generally depressed, but dollar nevertheless continues to be inflated.  But we will not see significant, prolonged monetary deflation so long as the government has the power to prevent it.

If we do see significant monetary deflation, it will be evidence that the government is dying.

By Herbalist Wendy Wilson

In 1980 Willie Nelson had a country music hit, On the Road Again. Over 76% of the US population drives to work. That is over 120 million people on the road again each day. About 5% use public transportation, 3% walk to work each day and the rest work from home or are unemployed. Depending on what major city you live in, the commute time will vary. According to the US Census Bureau 2009 Survey (released September 2011), the average American worker will spend about 22 to 25 minutes going and coming from work each day. If you live in NY, NJ, CA or DC (and other congested US cities) you can expect a much longer commute time of nearly 90 minutes. The folks in Canada spend about 75 minutes getting to work. Incidentally, the US cities that have the shortest commute time (of fewer than five minutes) are Raleigh, NC, Birmingham, AL and Oklahoma City, OK. On average the folks that use public transportation will spend nearly twice a long getting to work. We spend a lot of time commuting, waiting and yelling at other drivers or passengers that perhaps we can make better use of this time and be smarter AND be healthier.

In the 1950's author Frank Gilbreth wrote a book, Cheaper by the Dozen, where readers were introduced to the concept of 20th-century America. Saving time was the theme and today we design algorithms to show us how we can spend less time cleaning the house and more time doing something else. By-the-way, the average married female over the course of her life spends almost 6 years cleaning the house. So, as we become more modern are we more efficient? According the British researchers over the course of our lives, we spend 13 weeks sunbathing, over 27 days waiting for public transportation, 20 weeks on-hold and 60 hours of that is listening to on-hold music, 11 years watching TV, 5 months complaining and 5 years surfing the Internet. Lately I hear a lot of people, even teenagers, saying they don't have enough time to get things done. It is as if time has been speeded up. According to astrophysicists Paul Butterworth and David Palmer of the Goddard Space Flight Center , the earth rotates over 1,000 miles per hour (at the Equator) and travels around the sun at 67,000 miles per hour. Wow! As a kid I thought the merry-go-round at school spun too fast. Our lives are full of patterns, habits and going in circles. The important thing is that you don't want to be spinning your wheels and wasting precious time.

Nowhere in history has the human race experienced a boom in knowledge as we have today. It is estimated that with the creation of the Internet that we are doubling our knowledge every five years. However, as intelligent humans do we understand less in the age of knowledge? Are we really smarter or do we just have more efficient ways to do foolish things? The Bible answers that question.

"But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, [even] to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased." Daniel 12:4

As the Bible states knowledge will be increase but it does not mean truth will be increased.

"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children." Hosea 4:6

Based on the Bible, which I believe as truth, Adam was the smartest man and Solomon was the wisest man and you know what they did – they rejected knowledge. Let's face it, humans have much to learn.

If you want to be healthy, you have to get back to the basics. It is all spelled out in the Bible how we can live healthier lives. Unfortunately, most folks are Biblically illiterate and prefer to spend 11 years worshiping American Idol than spending five minutes reading the word of God. If you have a teachable spirit, you will want to know what God has to say about everything. If you want to be rich in knowledge that surpasses all understanding, read scripture.

"He causes the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man." Psalms104:14

My herb book, The Power Herbs: 13 Herbs Every Medicine Cabinet Should Have, went through two printings and is now out of print. When it was published in 2001 it sold for about $20.00. Used copies on Amazon now sell between $85 to $1000. THAT was an eye opener. Ever so often I am asked if I sell information on how to be healthier on CD's. I don't sell CD's and wish I had time to deal with producing them. Time has sped up and I have no extra time. My time is spent making herb tinctures and cleanses, producing radio shows and talking with folks like you on a daily basis on how to be healthier. Perhaps there is a company out there that could handle that aspect of producing herb CDs for me but until then you can burn your own CDs of my radio show, Herb Talk Live, for free. Heightening awareness to better health is what I am passionate about and is one reason I became a chiropractor. Improving health naturally is within everyone's reach. You can help your body's innate intelligence to accomplish balance and better health.

The innate intelligence is the power the body has to heal from within. You can protect this powerhouse by avoiding the harmful side effects of prescription drugs. By doing so, you will also protect your vital resources within the body (one is the central nervous system, CNS). When the CNS is able to communicate 100% throughout your body you will notice the difference in your well being. It is not unusual for CNS pathways to become blocked and hinder healing. What can block them? Going through life we get bumped around. Falls, auto accidents and even being born can produce what is called subluxation. When subluxation occurs our body is not in the proper alignment and CNS communication can be hindered. In other words, there is interference with your body's innate intelligence and is known as the "silent killer". I had one lady who went from driving an automatic to a straight drive and this change messed up her back. The average commuter will spend 80 minutes per day in the car. Simply sitting and driving can strain muscles, which can pull bones out of alignment and if left untreated can create subluxation.

Balance is important and the communication highway (CNS) transports signals from the brain, heart, immune system, digestive system and muscular system etc. You can increase your immune system function with simple (but precise) adjustments by your chiropractor. Each time you receive wellness care from your chiropractor your immune system boosts by 200-400% for the next 8 hours and remains heightened for several weeks.

The history of chiropractic care is an interesting one. It was not an area of care that was always covered by insurance companies. Chiropractic care had to prove that it would be a cost effective treatment. In one study, they discovered that there was a 43% decrease in hospitalizations, a 52% reduction in pharmaceutical costs and 43% fewer outpatient surgeries and other procedures for patients who received chiropractic treatment compared to those who did not.

So, what are you waiting for? Find a qualified chiropractor in your area to open up the healing pathways of your body and enjoy life to the fullest. If you happen to live in my neighborhood (Huntersville, NC), give me a call 704-895-7227 to discuss your natural opportunities to better health.

This article was written by Dr. Stefanie Gross-Rodsater D.C., a doctor of chiropractic in Huntersville, NC at Adjusting the World Chiropractic.  Dr. Stefanie has been certified through the ICPA in Webster's technique and Pediatric Chiropractic.

by Rebecca Carley, MD

I started my career in the "health related professions" in 1972.  First as an x-ray technologist (Associates Degree obtained in 1974 from SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse), then as a diagnostic medical sonographer (BS degree obtained in 1980 from SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn).  I entered medical school in 1983 at SUNY Downstate, and graduated in 1987, following which I started my residency in general/trauma surgery.  We were taught in both x-ray and medical school that chiropractors were "quacks", but the word "homeopathy" was never mentioned.  After 2 serious automobile accidents and subsequent medical malpractice left me severely  debilitated due to my neck injury, a friend suggested I make an appointment to see his chiropractor, which I did.  Long story short, the results were amazing.  This planted the seed in my mind that perhaps the "health related professions" were involved in fraudulent tactics to discredit therapies which were "outside the medical box".

Subsequently, when a friend suggested I see a homeopath for some medical problems I was experiencing, I did so (even though I knew nothing about it).  I had a non-union fracture of my right foot (after a totally inept orthopedic surgeon put a cast on which ended above the fracture and I walked on the fracture for 6 weeks); when he finally took the cast off and did an x-ray which demonstrated that the fracture had not healed, he said "oops, the cast wasn't covering the fracture" and calmly informed me I would now need an "open reduction".  This meant I would have to have surgery and placement of pins and plates in my foot if I was to ever heal this fracture.   I also had a condition called endometriosis for which I had been put on drugs with many side effects.  The homeopath I went to prescribed 2 homeopathic remedies (arnica and symphytum) for the non-union fracture, and one other remedy (sepia) for the endometriosis.  These remedies were extremely inexpensive, and CURED both conditions.  This was a big light bulb moment for me, as I realized why the word "homeopathy" had never been mentioned.  Since I had gone to medical school because I wanted to help people heal, I became very interested in learning more about homeopathy, and started studying it on my own.  Of course today homeopathy is undergoing a huge increase in popularity, so the medical mafia has placed it into the "quackery" box so as to discourage people from trying it.  Their disinformation to the suffering masses is that since a chemical evaluation of a homeopathic remedy would show no active ingredient, that it cannot possibly work because it is so dilute. This goes to the heart of the actual or feigned ignorance of the white coats.  In medical school we are only taught about chemical reactions in the body; the idea that there is an energy field, an aura, a soul is never discussed.  The word chakra is never mentioned.  The reason is self evident, since every "treatment" the white coats do cause damage to the energy anatomy of the body.

As time went on, my investigation into natural therapies continued as I eventually left medicine due to witnessing euthanasia, research fraud and experimentation on poor people.  Another amazing therapy I came across was colloidal silver.  I and my pets have used it for 15 years; thousands of my clients have used it as well.  I have heard so many amazing testimonials as to the infections healed (while antibiotics only cause resistant organisms to form).  However it was the results of using colloidal silver on burns which really amazed me the most.  When I worked in the burn ward at Kings County Hospital, we had many children with terrible burns.  We would put the drug "Silvadene" on the burns (using a tongue depressor to slather it on like frosting), and then the next day we would have to put the children into large tubs of water to clean the silvadene off (which, interestingly, DOES contain silver, as well as PETROLEUM & PROPYLENE GLYCOL  ).  There's that antifreeze (discussed in last week's newsletter) again!  I can still hear the screams of the children as we would scrub their burned areas with no skin and exposed nerve endings only to slather on more silvadene and continue the torture daily.

When I was still in Long Island, a mother came to my office to see me whose toddler had spilled scalding coffee on himself.  He had deep second degree burns involving his chin, shoulder, and most of his chest; in fact, one of his nipples was melted off.  I suggested she give the child colloidal silver by mouth, and then spray the silver on his burns continually through out the day, leaving his burns uncovered.  If you go to , click on the "Silver Lungs" link and go to the "reviews" link to see photos of this little boy whose burns healed with NO SCARS.  Since the FDA has deemed colloidal silver a "pesticide" and is trying to take it off the market, I suggest that everyone get themselves a silver lungs generator.  That way you will be able to make silver for yourself, your families and your pets, for pennies a day for life.

Two of the most amazing books I discovered a few years ago are entitled "The Body Electric" and "Cross Currents: The Perils of Electropollution and the Promise of Electromedicine" by Robert O. Becker, M.D.  What, a medical doctor who knows about "energy medicine"?  I was amazed.  However, the MOST amazing thing is that he is an orthopedic surgeon and full professor at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, where I received my Associates Degree in X-ray technology in 1974.  I also worked there until 1978 when I left to go to Brooklyn to study for my BS in Diagnostic Ultrasound.   All those years at Upstate, and yet I never heard a word about this Dr. Becker, who has been twice nominated for the Nobel prize.  His book "The Body Electric" talks about how effective silver is in wound healing.  His book "Cross Currents", in Chapter 5, has one of the best explanations of homeopathy I have ever seen.  Because this book also has an excellent discussion of the dangers of electropollution, I strongly suggest you add it to your library.

It is interesting to note that there has been a huge effort to discredit homeopathy initiated by Big Pharma in the UK, where it was actually covered by the NHS (National Health Service).  Homeopathy was founded by Samuel Hahnemann in the 1700's.  The evidence of homeopathy's effectiveness is massive, while the evidence of the dangers of vaccines and toxic drugs is also massive.  Only the people in large numbers will be able to stop Big Pharma's attempt to squash natural therapies and force insurance mandated "management of disease" by Big Pharma.  I encourage you to stand up and demand your right to use nutrition and natural therapies.  Your very life depends on it.

Water – The Essential Nutrient
by Ty Bollinger

Physicians rarely promote the curative properties of water, but the late Dr. FereydoonBatmanghelidj, M.D. (aka "Dr. Batman") studied water's effect on the human body and found it to be one of the best pain relievers and preventative therapies. His pioneering work shows that Unintentional Chronic Dehydration (UCD) contributes and even produces pain and many degenerative diseases which can be prevented and treated by increasing water intake.

Dr. Batman was born in Iran in 1931, and he practiced medicine in the UK before returning to Iran where he played a key role in the development of hospitals and medical centers. When the Iranian Revolution broke out in 1979, Dr. Batman was placed in the infamous Evin Prison as a political prisoner for thirty-one months. It was there he discovered the healing powers of water.  One night, Dr. Batman had to treat a fellow prisoner with crippling peptic ulcer pain. With no medications at his disposal, Dr. Batman gave him two glasses of water. Within several minutes, his pain completely disappeared. He was instructed to drink two glasses of water every three hours and became absolutely pain free for his four remaining months in the prison. While in prison, Dr. Batman successfully treated over three thousand fellow prisoners suffering from stress-induced peptic ulcer disease with water alone.

While in prison he conducted extensive research into the medicinal effects of water in preventing and relieving many painful degenerative diseases. Evin Prison proved an ideal "stress laboratory," and despite his being offered an earlier release, Dr. Batman chose to stay an extra four months in prison to complete his research into the relationship of dehydration and bleeding peptic ulcer disease. The report of his findings was published as the editorial of the Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology in June 1983.

On his release from prison in 1982, Dr. Batman escaped from Iran and came to America. He wrote his ground-breaking book Your Body's Many Cries for Water in 1992, which has been translated into fifteen languages and continues to inspire readers worldwide. In his book, he stated that a dry mouth is not a reliable indicator of dehydration. The body signals its water shortage by producing pain. Dehydration actually produces pain and many degenerative diseases, including asthma, arthritis, hypertension, angina, adult-onset diabetes, lupus, and multiple sclerosis.

Dr. Batman's message to the world was, "You are not sick, you are thirsty. Don't treat thirst with medication."

I believe that is excellent advice from Dr. Batman. You see, without food, most humans will die in a month. Without water, we're dead in less than ten days. Water makes up over 70% of the body, around 90% of the blood, and about 85% of the brain.  What would you do if you couldn't get clean drinking water? This is a question that you really need to consider.

My family has been using Berkey Water Filters for the past 5 years and we love them. They will purify pond water, if you come to a situation where you need to drink it. We never have, thank God, but it's good to know that we have several filters that we can use and all we need to do is walk down to the creek and bring some buckets of water to the house, if it ever comes to a point where water is not available.

And even if you do have access to the public water supply, it is likely laced with chlorine, fluoride, lead, high levels of harmful bacteria, and other unwanted chemicals and contaminants.  Even bottled water (which many times originates from a municipal source) can contain these same contaminants, and moreover it is very expensive and likely contains Bisphenol A (BPA) in the plastic, which is a terrible toxin.

Everyone who is thinking ahead should have at least 2 gravity water filters just in case water becomes scarce or contaminated
